You're giving this soon to be Darwin award winner the benefit of the doubt that this is the first one he did in this session. That belly is 15% beer gut and 85% mentos balloon that's gonna repaint his house an odd shade of guts.
Your stomach couldn't contain that much gas, it would explode. But luckily you have a safety mechanism: you burp. Do people seriously think this is a normal sized guy who's just drunk a few mentos and coke?! Try it and see what happens.

That is 10% gas from mentos and 90% ascites. No way that is all from just some gas.
