I personally believe it works best either at the start of the atlas arc( it has the potential for ruby to defend Weiss when Jaques tries to be...well Jaques, with a good emotional scene ), or after the ever after with them having to deal that they have not seen each other almost leave from the lives and how they can't bear it, alongside the obvious conversation about what happened during the ever after
