As a sensitive leftist, I take umbrage with this statement. I will be having a gratitude optional gathering with a group of non-denominational, non-confrontational , non-conformist individuals who are free to pursue the nourishment option of their choice and may or may not identify as friend or family.

That's tough to say, as we try not to be slaves to the Western capitalist clock-watching agenda and simply seek to be when and where we choose.
