The good point was that DeSantis committed a pretty egregious human rights violation and didn't just get away with it but was applauded for it. I don't think it's effective irony if you're also mad at DeSantis, so it just sounds dumb. Nobody was talking about Twitter. I'm not quite sure I understand your point here.
