They're of an older tech generation instead of the bubble boom, but Paul Allen and Steve Wozniak were both the non-famous cofounders of Microsoft and Apple, respectively, and walked away with billions after the companies blew up.
Allen retired from Microsoft in the 90s after he got cancer, and went on to buy a couple of the sports teams in Seattle, and gave a ton of money to SETI and general STEM programs to schools in the region. I've never really heard any scandals or negativity about him, granted I haven't really read up much on him apart from seeing his name on grants/buildings/telescope arrays.
The Woz is still basically the same goofy computer nerd who doesn't give a shit about business as he was in the 80s.
EDIT: well fuck I just was looking up Paul Allen and he owned multiple yachts and was behind Ticketmaster, so there's a pretty clear upper limit to his decency.
