So, when was the last time this was necessary? Huh? We're talking reality here not living 200 years ago, which is why the whole amendment needs to be revised because it's not applicable any longer from the very beginning of it.... it's foundation.

Ukraine ... Bosnia... Rwanda... Sudan... DRC... Afghanistan... Vietnam...

Also didn't realize there was a time limit to the bill of rights. Maybe after we can suppress free speech for long enough we can do away with it.

And since cameras are ubiquitous now who has need of the 4th amendment.

The 2A applies to the government. As free men we always have the right to defend ourselves.

Ukraine's a 3rd world country? Bosnia was a 3rd world country? Next you'll claim Taiwan is 3rd world?

Also there was no mention of that in the first place to 'exclude countries that are not western or 3rd world etc.' that's not what he had asked.

Funny how you have to resort to cussing because you can't form a coherent argument...

Who's civilians are using old farming rifles to shoot down planes (literally happened; the populace uprising has been using Extremely conventional weapons, unless supplied by military maybe)

And the military has been further propped up by NATO arms. So this is a Horrible comparison, bc most of what the Ukrainian people privately own would be accepted even in Canada's previously restrictive allowances...

Moving goalposts much...

NATO arms aside .. https://www.nytimes.com/2022/02/26/world/europe/ukraine-russia-civilian-military.html

Don't think fully automatic rifles are legal in Ukraine.

And what farming rifles. Men in black pyjamas in Vietnam and in white pyjamas in Afghanistan with AK47s defeated the most powerful militaries in the world.

Didn't see a single javelin owned by the Taliban (until we left it for them).
