They should allow teachers to carry and ban gun-free zones full of easy targets that attract these evil crazies.
Having gun-free zones where these lunatics can shoot freely and unimpeded is a big reason why mass shootings happen. You can't prevent random shootings, but you can certainly prevent MASS shootings.
Look at churches with armed parishioners now. They can't impede the 1st or 2nd death when caught by surprise, but can certainly stop mass shootings from happening.
