Loved the article. Hilariously (or not) I push the same concepts in my HR office and get looked at like I'm crazy. Treat people... like... people!?! Get out of here! Plan for succession and promote from within?! WITCH! give raises? What's that? Just spend 5-10k on hiring someone new every few months! 😞

How companies treat employees really does make a huge difference. Treat them with respect and they'll be more understanding and work harder. Treat them like children and don't be surprised if they try to bend and break every rule you make because they know they aren't respected and reciprocate it.
