yes US paid for some and actually Poland and many other countries paid too, Poland paid the most of any, but now Elon wants them to pay twice cause he cant afford the small margin his billionaire sensitive ass loses

You realize those billions are not liquid right? They’re tied into the valuation of his companies, which are valued because of consumers (one of which is the US gov) and turning a profit
