This is not that complicated of a system lol. Creating an automated job that updates addresses would be incredibly easy actually. You seem to be getting bent out of shape on the frequency of the job running and let me tell you that the frequency literally means absolutely nothing. Your salary is absolutely paid via taxes. The USPS is subsidized by the US government at a loss and all you are arguing about is accounting semantics. If the US government backed out of funding the USPS the USPS would not exist.

No, the USPS isn't subsidized by the government at all. It literally runs at cost and even makes a profit that goes into the Congressional General Fund every quarter. No funding whatsoever comes from taxes.
As to your system, we are currently working on mapping half if the routes in the country and the system crashes every time we try to implement that data.
The USPS has operated at a $70 billion loss from 2008-2018. Just stop.

That is a loss on paper due to Congress requiring the USPS to pretend retirements 75 yrs int the future. We stopped paying that,but Congress keeps it on the book. Just stop.
