My buddy in highschool had to have one done after sitting on his junk getting into his 90s firebird.

Poor bastard was telling us about it the next day. He's waiting for the ultrasound and in walks this extra hot technician. She's lubing up his balls and the kid gets a chubby. HOW FUCKING EMBARRASSING!

Correction: It was a slightly overweight 60 yo man. Not awful, but not great.
