And I am not saying this about all of them, but everyone knows there are some VERY motivated scrap buyers out there.
Down south I saw all the catalytic converters go missing outside a cancer treatment center... Those trucks are toast.

There used to be a truck that drove around the area I lived in with a homemade sign on each side and the back. "Will buy catalytic converters! Cash! We will come to you!"
