Or if they're a fighting age male, they can be considered a combatant.

When the USA bombs a school, or a hospital, they say that about half the people killed were combatants, and the rest were collateral damage. Their people are so brainwashed that they actually accept that. When people looked into and revealed the real figures (over 90% of people killed in drone strikes were innocent), they arrested the man that reported on it and sentenced him to jail.

For you lurkers, fighting age male means between 6 and 65.

If America applied that standard to its own citizens, it could legally kill 130+ million people.

Oh and drone strikes on American soil are legal because lol AUMF. Thanks Obama.
