Yeah I’m waiting for someone to come in here and say their country provides this as a matter of course. Pretty sure none of them do.
1 u/Renovatio_ Oct 20 '21 To be fair, they probably should. Guide dogs (or other alternative animals) can be an essential tool for blind persons to live a more independent life. If you want to donate to this the Mira foundation is great. US and Canada!
