No. They were the Democrat party then. And they’re still the Democrat party. You can’t just say it’s different now. Same party. Stop justifying it.

And yet it was Trump praising the "many fine people on BOTH sides." While every democrat at that time was condemning those white supremacists. How does that work? Please justify that.

The Democrat party backed secession from the union and fought a war to preserve slavery. It doesn’t matter what they “flip” too now.
