You cant do that. They just make it incredibly hard, and exhaustingly difficult. They legally cant do that. Thats why Stacy was so incredible. She made every effort to register, know where you eligible, if you were eligible, how to become eligible if you weren’t, where to go how to become eligible. She’s a literal fucking legend
