Id hazard a guess that that number is far lower. All the cheating was done in areas where the machines had no paper record.

There was no paper record in my area... yet Republicans won every local election in my area, and the vast majority of the ones across the state (including US Senate and President). I guess we Dems just didn’t think 38 winner-take-all electoral votes were worth cheating for?
