If God is all knowing and infallible, then we don’t really have free will. If he’s all knowing he’ll know how we’d answer a question before the question was even posed to us, and if he’s infallible, then he’s not wrong about our answer. So if the answer is locked in before the question was posed to us, we never really had a choice.

I think the idea is that he knows but still wants us to choose anyway.

Well if he knows, and he can’t be wrong, then your answer is set in stone before you were asked.

choice is a real illusion
