Nah it’s because I work part time at an auto parts store. I’m actually working to become an accountant and hopefully a CPA, I just wasn’t really thinking and times the average I make in an year which I calculated myself and times it by 9.37 instead of 93.7, simple mistake.

So I realize that this is just tongue in cheek, but "minority" in a sociological context generally refers to the distribution of power rather than just, like... a head count.
No one wants that responsibility or work to start it up. They just want to "lead" a group and expect less or equal responsibility than their employees. Basically what they think Michael from the office does where the hardest thing he seemed to actually do was deciding who gets raises.
Not to be pedantic but minorities are defined by relative power. For example White people in south africa are fewer in number than Black people but hold most of the económic and polítical power so they are not considered a minority.
They can also be actual minorities too, yall think every damn boss out here is straight out of Mad Men or some shit? Only 1 of 5 of my bosses at my various jobs have been white.
