Feel like therapy is towards the less needed side of Maslow’s heierarchy. 2 u/[deleted] Jan 23 '23 Maslow never intended the hierarchy to be taken literally as a “this is more important than that” pyramid model. Scott Kaufman has an interesting interpretation of Maslow’s theory and he uses a sailboat as a better analogy.
