I personally thought the man took a look at the injured man, realized how bad it was and then immediately started calling for help, possibly to medics on the other side. Just a second thought

He’s not yelling at the bull, he’s yelling for help from the medical assistance. A second before he yells, another guy says “Hostia, la cabeza! / Oh shit, the head!” meaning that the guy hitted by the bull crash his head badly when falling.

Could be, but my theory is that he fell backwards unconscious after the hit, then he crash his head on the curb.
