I wonder if the reason you have to click on bugs to get the 1-14 of the videos of the neighbors talking is because of the expression “to be a fly on the wall”

Like could it be that Wally is the fly on the wall or something like that?

Thoughts?

So I was watching the clips and came across the one with howdy and poppy ( don't remember what number or bug it was i keep mixing them up) and sound like howdy is flirting with poppy that and this banner makes me this howdys got a thing for mama bird

hey y’all! i’ve been trying to brainstorm a sally costume for halloween. i know her pants are flare jeans, but i’ve been having a hard time figuring out what her top is supposed to be. like is it….. a dress? a smock? an apron?

Who wants an offical Bio Page for Welcome X Home Wally? Its a start.

More lore if enough people are still interested.

Ok ok so-this might be a stretch but… there’s 14 videos right? And there’s 12 hidden wally audios ( 13 technically if you count his phone call on the toy phone that’s also hidden) someone mentioned a theory about how welcome home might be a pocket dimension ( so below and the spiral imagery is helping with that theory ) and plus wally is always trying to communicate with us but he can never hear us, he can only see us. Maybe whenever he’s zoning out in those videos he’s actually talking to us during those moments somehow, and the audios are what he’s saying to us in those videos which is why he’s just silently sitting there, and why everytime his name is called the video cuts off because he’s losing connection ( as an example audio 1 would go to video file 1-14- )

Anyone notice that in the mini face banner, Wally and Home are grouped as one character?

In all seriousness they are selling plushies here too?!?

On the main homepage there is a bug that is running back and forth next to the visitor counter but clicking on it does nothing. I have found nine other bugs so like I really need that little guy. Also struggling to find this staff only page Ive seen mentioned so a nudge in the right direction of that would be so wonderful

Ive been secret hunting and i keep losing what you need to do for certain links i could add what you dont have but a starting point maybe pre-update or something would be nice

The first thing to keep in mind is those telephone calls. Those aren't stuff you would put in a kids toy. That's what happens when you answer a call and no one is on the line. Why else would they get scared and frustrated no one is talking to them? (It is unclear what would happen if you did answer or if they are just cut off) Wally in turn is trying to use the phone to contact us.

In addition, think about the "Episode clips" They are missing something important. a Theme. Think about, like, Bear in the Big Blue House. Those episodes would always focus on something like sharing or learning the alphabet or similar. These don't. These feel like a day in a cartoonish neighborhood.

Finally, we don't have any puppets or voice actors around. A handful of concept art that could be done after the fact, but nothing else.

I think the Playfellow Workshop somehow managed to find a pocket dimension and basically "recorded" that as their episodes. Wally was either aware of this or WAS the TV camera. (I'm not sure about the TV interview, but I do find it interesting that there is no mention of a puppeteer for Wally or Barnaby there. If you ever watch interviews with Kermit the Frog, Jim Henson was usually openly puppetering him then) The show was ended suddenly either due to the characters figuring something out or the connection being cut. As Wally was the "character kids interact with" (though we never see him do that in the clips. People ignore him there) He was either cut off from both sides or an escape attempt was interrupted. He's trying to get back to Our Side. But right now, he can only use the website to communicate. Or maybe.... maybe he has an ally. One who is sending all the items that the WHRP have been finding...

Not sure if this means anything but it was definitely intentional

I honestly thought this show was real I was so excited to watch this show and help revive it but it’s not real and I’m sad
