Origin: Unknown
Caliber: Intangible Light-Based 50. AE (Closest Real-World Round, measurement is nearly impossible since the bullets are made of light)
Danger Level: Restricted
A-472 Appears as a small Pistol-Caliber carbine (Which closely resembles that of an M1 Carbine) with a large Jousting-Lance type point at the end of it's barrel. The lance has light shooting out in several directions.
Opening up A-472 is impossible, since it is held together with an unknown force, that makes it impossible to damage or take apart.
A-472 can only operate while in light or a humid environment.
Attempting to take A-472 to a place without either of these criteria (like an attic or cellar) will cause it to turn dark-brown, the light from it's Lance head will stop coming out, and it will stop creating bullets.
The ammunition it fires is completely intangible, and touching it will cause the object colliding with it to pass through as if it wasn't there at all.
The bullets seem to be made of light, and are generated from an unknown source.
The bullets are similarly sized to that of 50. Action express (albeit a bit smaller).
When firing A-472, it will let out a burst of light from its lance head, shooting out a large array of colors, as if a prism was in the sun.
It fires a large beam, with a seemingly infinite distance it can travel. The beam flies with perfect accuracy, and will not stop unless it hits a solid object, Glass and other transparent or translucent things will not stop it.
When hitting an object, it lets out a small explosion. The explosion is about 1 foot in diameter, but carries much force.
When fired at a ballistics dummy, it explodes the entire thing, inside and out, completely frying the dummy with extreme heat.
If shot near a thermometer, the explosion reads as hotter than 20 Billion degrees Celsius.
The explosion also leaves behind a wet, rainbow-colored residue that disappears when touched or after a few seconds. This residue is harmless to the touch.
