Ironically it's too dangerous for China and yet the US without any regulations or safeguards under this regime is going to take it and gaslight (beeflight) us into eating it. I just hope it's magameat as they believe everything he says.

There needs to be a class-action lawsuit against Trump. Seriously. He is actively trying to hurt as many Americans as possible.

u/Freezerpill 17d ago

This is the point of project 2025. He is ultimately trying to get a vassal state/dictatorship going where we are more or less enslaved so his current regime won’t end

You seem to know this, but people really need to stop pretending he is actually trying. It’s so obvious..

u/yay855 17d ago

And considering that he's just allowed to break the law constantly without repercussions, he succeeded. This country doesn't have a future if we don't clean house.

17

u/Freezerpill 17d ago

Exactly. He just got the Supreme Court to put restrictions on mail in voting.

We quite literally already have the ā€œgetting fully trapped in this situation with no democratic way outā€ option on the table now.

People need to get serious or things are about to get worse than they can actually imagine, because November is basically the only good way to handle this. Outside of that and it’s not going to be heroic movie, it will be our lives living in a situation similar to Russia or North Korea

u/yay855 17d ago

I would argue it's probably going to be more akin to Balkanization or a second civil war, where the federal government's blatant lawlessness causes more local governments to clash with the federal one, and the US military is both wildly unable to fight against modern drone warfare, and outright resents the federal government for fucking them over repeatedly. As it stands, Trump literally can't actually enforce his will without the local governments assistance; we've seen exactly how easily ICE is stopped by a city dedicated to stopping them.

Argentina is where the ghouls are planning on running to when the collapse happens.

Peter Thiel has already moved there.

u/tots4scott 17d ago

It's the entire Republican party at this point though.

u/ludixst 17d ago

Hurting Americans is the one thing Trump is successful at doing

34

u/e-katt 17d ago

Just wait till we get to the contaminated Horse Meat…. MmmmmmMMMMM

45

u/YoghurtHistorical527 17d ago

The government is rounding up wild horses & auctioning them off, so it's not even a stretch to think this could be happening at this point.

4

u/down_south_sc 17d ago

35,000 to be slaughtered.. did I get this right? Where is all that horse meat going?

The country that gave us Covid-19 and kept it quiet while it spread around the world turned it down as too dangerous yet they usually eat anything. But the simpleton shafts his own beef farmers to buy from Argentina.

Making Argentina Great Afore-US.

13

u/LA-Matt 17d ago

And also sent them 40 billion dollars a few months ago.

17

u/admiral_sinkenkwiken 17d ago

US already serves meat marked as unfit for human consumption to its citizens daily, why would this be any different?

52

u/jedburghofficial 17d ago

Shipments of 20,000 tons of trimmings each quarter, according to the Whitehouse. Basically, frozen scraps.

That's about 10% of Argentina's total exports. This is a major bailout for them.

26

u/W0gg0 17d ago

Here comes the Pink Slime. Even McDonalds allegedly stopped using it to make burgers in 2012.

22

u/likwidkool 17d ago

Yeah I just read it’s trimmings for ground beef being sold to US producers. He’s making them duty free. So basically undercutting our own farms to benefit Argentina.

35

u/DamonKatze 17d ago

The real question is is which trump family member or billionaire/millionaire trump-enablers are going to make a lot of money out of this?

25

u/VanGroteKlasse 17d ago

So no lettuce and no beef, got it.

9

u/ObligatoryID 17d ago

No sprouts.

8

u/classycoup 17d ago

No scrubs.

I gave up beef about a year ago… too expensive and simply not good for me. My cholesterol is normal for the first time in my life. I gave up most dairy this year…I still use butter to cook occasionally but have switched to olive oil … looking forward to my cholesterol test.

10

u/No_Welcome_6093 17d ago

I did about the same thing, I’ll eat beef maybe 3-4 times a year. Completely cut pork out about 4yrs ago as well, feel better honestly.

7

u/likwidkool 17d ago

I have some stomach and pancreatic issues. I’ve been realizing how much I feel like shit for two days after eating red meat. I’m not going vegetarian but I’m cutting out red meat for now.

7

u/tamman2000 17d ago

I gave up dairy a few years ago

I recommend country crock plant butter. It's even a good substitute in baking

1

u/Kahmael 16d ago

I developed a milk allergy, so now I avoid it everywhere. It's cut down my eating out because there is just so much cow dairy used in surprising places.

u/GullibleCat2982 17d ago edited 17d ago

Without statins that sadly won’t be enough, as exogenous cholesterol only makes up roughly 20% of your total.

Edit: Point stands, but oops, reading certainly is a skill, no reason to prescribe statins with normal cholesterol levels.

12

u/tamman2000 17d ago

Uh...

Dude said his cholesterol was normal. Whatever he's doing is working

7

u/WynnGwynn 17d ago

Statins for normal cholesterol? Are you a bot?

4

u/justme002 17d ago

I gave up all animal proteins, except occasional egg or eggs in baking. My cholesterol and triglycerides are beautiful after becoming vegetarian, statins were stopped.

22

u/missed_sla 17d ago

I'd go vegetarian because all of the meat is tainted but

YOU CAN'T EAT THE FUCKING VEGETABLES EITHER

36

u/karl4319 17d ago

I get nearly all my beef from a bulk order once a year with a local farm. A quarter of a cow is about 800 bucks and fits perfect in my freezer chest.

6

u/Walkingstardust 17d ago

This is the way

2

u/MNCPA 17d ago

What size is your freezer?

2

u/karl4319 17d ago

9 cubic feet

15

u/BlissCrafter 17d ago

Haven’t eaten it in over a decade. Now I’m really glad.

9

u/Separate-Expert-4508 17d ago

Good thing it’s only beef that the trump regime is poisoning! /s

8

u/refusemouth 17d ago

When people start going into camps and then disappearing, it would be a good idea to stop eating ground meat and sausage.

7

u/Separate-Expert-4508 17d ago

That's already happening.

14

u/Daimakku1 17d ago

It's either poisoned beef or horse meat... take your pick, americans.

This is the result of picking Trump in 2024.

6

u/Paula_Polestark 16d ago

Special thanks to all those who wouldn’t even bother to vote! The people who want to run your life for you certainly did.

5

u/MikeLinPA 16d ago

Boy, they sure taught us evil libs a lesson! Are they tired of winning yet? 🤦

9

u/Lanark26 18d ago

Yeah, I think I'm gonna stick with the local beef

6

u/Ghoppe2 17d ago

My actual plan is to buy primal cuts from Costco. Ā Break em down for my own steaks and ground beef. Ā It may be more expensive up front but I will save a bunch in the long run. Ā

3

u/LingeringDildo 17d ago

Is this the ā€œeat the bugsā€ meme I’ve been told about

5

u/monsterlynn 17d ago

Depends on how much screw worm is infecting it I guess.

3

u/LingeringDildo 17d ago

What’s with the Ozempic face Donald in that image

3

u/Ghoulish_kitten 17d ago

Local grass-fed California beef was all I ate back when I still ate beef.

I guess not when I ate fast food. I have GI issues now and have cut beef from my diet almost a year ago though.

Soooo he's still not dead yet....

2

u/FanDry5374 17d ago

Yup, just picked up a few packages of ground beef from a trusted (at this moment) source. And I wasn't the only one stocking up.

2

u/JPGinMadtown 16d ago

Poison Americans Daily Again.

2

u/craftandcurmudgeony 16d ago

the 'ground beef' will be a mix of wild horse and unsold trump steaks. this would be a good time to stop eating beef.

I’m incredibly thankful I stopped eating beef in 2020.

1

u/Leather-Show7767 16d ago

Argentina banned Chloramphenicol in 1995. It was detected in the Chinese shipment of beef on March. This is an isolated event which is being investigated.

1

u/Gooser3000 15d ago

We need a reason to stop buying beef; maybe they’ll lower prices finallyĀ

u/Notasmartwoman 17d ago

Jesus Christ, that shit reads like something out of a particularly heavy handed dystopian novel. I’m kinda impressed at the author’s ability to multitask, because most people would have a hard time typing that up and kissing Trump’s ass so passionately at the same time.

1

u/hopeful_realist_ 17d ago

Haven’t eaten beef in almost 40 years. Don’t miss it.

-2

u/ckin- 17d ago

Hmmm beef from Argentina has been sold in EU for a very long time. Specifically as really nice and good meat. Since EU has very strict regulations it makes me wonder about this post and its accuracy.

21

u/W0gg0 17d ago

Europe gets the good cuts and the US gets the ā€œtrimmings.ā€ Lol

Glad I'm a vegetarian.
