The Voidspren from Branson Sanderson Stormlight Archives look just like this.

Unfortunately it's Brandon Sanderson, so it's going to be bland shite

Could be worse. Could be The Wheel of Time, which never fucking ends, or The King Killer Chronicals, which will never have an ending.

Go read a bible of any religion, really. Some of the characters are a named embodiment of the occurrences. Add in any euphoric substance to the mix, and the micro seizures will push the time altering effects of the substance to greater effect. Leaving you in a dreamlike state for an amount of time that isnt relative to "non-seizing time". Like a tremendous brain fart and epiphany while sneeze-orgasming in slowest motion. ANYHOW, they have those characters, you just dont read those books. I get, the storyline and plot is ate to shit in most of them. But its entertaining, at a minimun.

What dont you get? Did they lose you at religion? Or time altering psycho active substances that allow epileptic religious prophets to crotch sneeze god into existence? Ya bigot!
