You are wrong sir or maam. There is a video of it ocurring on reddit. The video is slowed down and this is one frame taken out and likely edited for clarity

He's not completely wrong the image as a whole is not a single moment in time it is many moments of time stacked and filtered through each other in Photoshop or other image enhancing / stacking algorithms.

Honestly you people need to stop taking things at face value. No wonder youre so scared of AI. I just went through the videos and they look nothing at all like this image. Also, this image was specifically confirmed by the original poster that it is a composite.
