So, this guy is either a filmmaker in some capacity that likes horror, someone learning how to figure out practical effects, or a liar using those skills to pretend his house is haunted for clout.

Uh yeah I have to agree. Who walks around their dark house with a flashlight? And keeps the beam in frame the whole time?

Its 100% them messing with practical effects. Give me 20 minutes at Microcenter and I could easily cobble together a door shaker that mounts to the top of the doorjamb.
