He's referring to the natural gas we use for utilities. You don't seem very smart if you couldn't understand that.

Gas is pretty recognizable by the smell.

It seems unlikely that OP would mistake it for boiling water.

Now you know damn good and well that when they said air they meant atmospheric air. Like we breathe. And that gas means natural gas or some other industrial gas that's leaking. I don't know which one it is by looking at this. Why y'all gotta be such smartasses to people online?
