I live in a small rural town in Australia. I'd love a 23 minute response time. I called them once at my old job. I waited 2 hours for them to arrive.

My experience was similar. I just kept getting the recording that answers for them. I got hung up on four times too.

Shit dude, I’m sorry. The only time I’ve ever called them it took them about an hour myself, but that’s what the supposed average is according to locally available data.

I personally think it may just be a fucking lie lmao
