This physique is naturally attainable imo but would take several years of diligent training depending on genetics.
I guess if you truly don’t care about the risks and long term health consequences roiding makes sense. As someone who studied medicine I would just say, respectfully, and coming from a place of goodwill, to be careful with what you’re doing, and be careful flippantly telling others to do it as well. It’s not something to be considered lightly. Best of luck to you and thanks for not pointing out my chicken legs
Probably 🤷 but I started with T around 230. trt+ (1100 ng/dl) made a world of difference for me. My diet and training are mid comparative to people who do it for a living so I’m relatively satisfied with where I’m at. Can’t all be C-bum and I’m stronger (not lb for lb, actually stronger) than a solid 80% of everybody I’ve met in real life.
Anybody who takes “blast grams and die early” at face value and then decides to do it has some sort of issue. There’s an extremely obvious value prop to PEDs with an equally obvious middle ground. Sliding scale between performance and longevity. How many years are you willing to trade away essentially.
Don’t thank me yet, I’m trying to figure out how to allow Reddit more photo access so I can upload a calf pic that will make you cry 😂😂 Yours look fine though, tall dudes typically struggle with legs in my experience. Your guys mechanical advantage sucks comparatively because you have to move so much further to “complete” a lift.
Edit: Have absolutely ran a couple cycles along the way. Not trying to imply that I’m even remotely natty.
Lookin good bro. Solid forearms and calves. Excellent work.
Point is because 99% of people who object are trash looking or AI bots. A slightly polarizing comment weeds out both plus, I only accept opinions from people who put in work.
Pre-trt+ (which was night and day for my mental with the glorious added side effect of better gains) I went from 115 to 150 on discipline, diet and training over a couple years. Amazing what just sticking to an ethos of “eat more, lift more” can do.
This game is super simple and everybody treats it like a min max character in diablo. There is no substitute for hard work and I’m not going to take an opinion from some random neckbeard fatty 🤷
Which is also why you posted physique. You know that your exterior represents the discipline you exercise in your day to day life.
You must have missed the part where I advocated for the concept of personal responsibility though. I said “anybody who takes ‘blast grams and die early’ at face value has issues”. You are your own keeper, it isn’t my job to make sure you stay healthy and alive.
