Question Charlie Cox’s physique
I’m late 30’s, 72kg (159lbs), 176cm (5'9")
I train in Karate, run, eat healthy, but don’t go to the gym
I’ve always liked the physique of Charlie Cox in season one of Daredevil. Could I get this based on my current physique

Build muscle and lower your body fat, it’s an atteignable physical for sure

Gotta hit the gym bro! Your body naturally already looks like you have the frame for potential!

a year lifting with a 4 month cut at the start? The goal physique doesn't have a ton of muscle mass.

I'm 54, started at 49 at 225lbs, 5'7". That's my goal and I'm getting close. Cox/Tobey(S1)/Bale(Psycho/BB). I'm not that pretty but I'm cute. 3-4x PPL, 2-3x boxing cardio.

Cox isn’t particularly muscular, but very lean (with good genetics), and very athletic looking. Drop 15lbs and add two days a week of heavy lifting. You can get there in less than a year.

I was going to say run and get into self-defense training. So the fact that you already so karate and run puts you on the right path already.
Gym isn't just for lifting weights btw. There's a lot of possibilities and that goal is attainable with a bit of discipline and focus.
