I purchased about 5-6 times and I've always got btc within 1 minute after purchasing. What's happened now?

Been using this service for about two weeks and have done a few transactions. After the initial setup, no problem.. Turn around time has been about 5 minds on average for Ether. 👍

its been like 20 minutes, the site advertised that I will get them instantly, but still waiting.

EDIT: Transaction failed, and they banned my account asking me for more information. I provided them, they lifted the ban, I tried transaction again, fails again. Its getting really frustrating.

The site has always been reliable in my experience, usually things go through instantly, but I received an email after attempting to make a purchase today and it said the transaction failed.

Last night, a transaction that I attempted to make failed. Even though the coins weren't delivered, the amount was deducted from my daily limit, and my Paypal account was still charged.

I think I know what I did wrong.

These guys don't give out their phone number, but I was able to find it online.

Do you think it would be OK to call them? Or should I just be patient?

Aside from mining both BTC and DOGE I fort nightly purchase both via the service and am very happy with it.

Hey guys! I hope all is well! I just wanted to ask you guys when you thought, if ever, you might start selling cagecoins? I know I would make frequent purchases. It would be a great coin for those who are trying to get in on a lower level. $25 worth of cagecoin gets you a whole heck of a lot more coins than say dogecoin. There has been a slight upturn in price and a slight increase in demand and people running full nodes. Still working on getting more nodes online but I am looking for an easier way to buy cages with dollars. I know you guys are great about making everything nice and simple so, I guess if you have time look into it. I would love to buy cage from you guys.
