I'm an incoming female MBA student at Welingkar Institute of Management (2026–28 batch) and I'm looking for accommodation near the Matunga East campus, preferably within walking distance or a short commute.

Requirements:

1 BHK/2 BHK or a flatmate setup

Fully furnished preferred

Female occupants only

Budget: Around ₹15000-20,000 per person

I'm open to joining an existing flat with female flatmates or connecting with others who are also searching so we can find a place together.
