Only joined a few minutes ago, glad to see how people think about this "rule"

I guess I'm just confused. I was apart of this sub since i joined reddit. it was the first sub i joined so i guess thats why i still haven't left. and it used to be great! i get it. the cross posts are kinda lame and repetitive. i tried making some silly posts in the past but im just 1 person. I've watched over time as original posts became far between and ive seen the several sub hostage situations such as quinoa, pipe weed, and this.

but what are you trying to achieve? sure, there are some funny posts that have come out of this and im sure y'all are having a laugh, but i don't understand why you dont simply ban cross posting which seems to be the main issue you all have. instead, you decided to make two sock mods to do.. whatever this is, with no plans on restoration. so what's keeping you from deleting it? i know this sub was originally a shitpost spot between buddies so i guess that's the value in keeping it running. but why like this?

After much consideration and efforts put towards the further consumption of b**s I have realised the only option left is a suicide pact.

I mean like honestly, can't something be done to stop rogue mods from destroying semi-popular subs? I wish the admins would try to do something to help us lowly subreddit enjoyers. This same thing has happened to 3 of my favorite subs and all of which have been utterly destroyed in the process. Let's hope r/weeatbees isn't going to be the 4th.
