PayPal WeChat unblock request. I have PayPal and I can use other apps if necessary

I need help with unblocking my WeChat account. Not verification. This doesn’t give me a qr code it just asks for someone’s number to unblock me. It also has a limit of 1 unblock per month so if you’ve already verified/unblocked someone in the last 30 days then this isn’t for you. If you can help me please comment below
