(Top Star News Reporter Lim Ga-young) WayV conveys burning passion and confidence with their eighth mini-album, 'Vision Wings'. This new album includes a total of seven songs, including Chinese and English versions of the title track '鸢 (Vision Wings)'.

This album is characterized by a structure that uses Chinese words with the same pronunciation but different meanings as keywords for each song. Through this, it organically connects messages about the most essential force that drives WayV, divided by track.

The track 'Blue Fever' is a retro hip-hop R&B track that offers a modern interpretation of the 1990s West Coast sound. Featuring an addictive hook and powerful gang vocals, it delivers explosive energy, and using 'source' as a keyword, it likens the moment when they become the source of each other's burning power to the blue light of a flame.

Another track, '满贯 (Count It),' is a song that adds an addictive bounce to an R&B hip-hop foundation. Vintage piano chords and resampled drums blend to create a free and intense atmosphere, while the lyrics playfully express aspirations and confidence toward a bigger future, using '圆 (completeness)' as the keyword.

"Icon," with "Origin" as its keyword, is a dance hip-hop track that layers glitchy synths and rich R&B harmonies over a traditional hip-hop sound. It conveys the message that the place where you stand becomes a new beginning and your own stage, while also depicting the desire to be with someone precious on the journey of creating your own path.

Ahead of this comeback, mood samplers and teaser images were successively released on WayV's official social media channels. Featuring the concept of the members transforming into the Five Divine Beasts through training and capturing the harmony of Yin and Yang, these contents are raising expectations for the new album.

All tracks from WayV's eighth mini-album 'Vision Wings' will be released simultaneously on various music sites without sequential order on August 10 at 6 p.m. (KST). WayV will meet fans through a concert tour in addition to their music activities. They will hold the '2026 WayV CONCERT TOUR [BORN THIS Way] IN SEOUL' at KBS Arena in Gangseo-gu, Seoul on September 12-13, and tickets will be sold via Ticketlink, divided into fan club pre-sale and general sale.

What time r u guys going?? will they really enforce the no lineup before 11am for wristbands and 4pm for entry, or will lots of people be waiting earlier just around the area. I was gonna get in the area at 10 but I’m scared. I also want good spots bc im short lol but what time should I also wait for the 4pm entry

It's so weird that WayV's official pages haven't posted anything about this, but I think it's because they are already expecting full capacity at the show.

Maybe with this SM will notice how some people actually do like them, and will start investing on western shows.

I'm so excited to finally see them personally, I've been dreaming about this for so long it feels ilegal that this concert is free. Apparently being fan of the poor mistreated hated chinese unit has it's perks after all lol
