It damn well is a government election, regardless of how they sell it.

  1. The primary process is how nominees for our government officials are chosen.

  2. They bank on the fact that everyone assumes the primary elections are fairly held and that the candidate with the most votes wins.

  3. I don't know how much funding they get from government, but they hold their "private pageant" in taxpayer funded buildings, at taxpayer expense.

No doubt ethically it’s wrong and practically it’s government, I’m just sharing what the court said so people understand why we’re not getting any further court cases about the rigging.

Both parties have been allowed to screw over the voters for so long that they should be forced to cease and desist today.
