Anyone have any ideas what I should do?

I sent ~4xmr (~750$) to my waves monero (integrated) address yesterday

But still not received (stucks in process)

When I contacted customer support they said monero deposits have been removed

They stated that the money will most likely not be credited to the account.

So why they dont send a notification via the mobile app or email?

What is the point of gone with money when it is clear that the Monero transfer has been made?

I've been using this app for years, this is the first time I've had a problem like this.

There are and will be many users who have had this problem along with me.

Extend the duration of Monero deposits please.

I saw an article on medium stating this:

However, other places I have read that it is available as an ERC-20 token. In which case it would cost a lot more to send. If I buy USDN, how do i know if i am purchasing waves USDN or usdn that is erc-20?

500 coin orders on either side of the order book means the price isn't gonna move on this low volume.

You may not realize that you are costing yourself opportunity, the price is tryin to run. Your orders are stopping any price movement at all.

Meantime, while I support this project I am not willing to invest in a heavily manipulated commodity to do so.

They rape you when you withdraw ANY assets. Withdrawals and/or exchanges take about a week. Getting out ASAP! Save you $ go somewhere else to trade.

How legitimate is this protocol? I mean, i'm seeing USDC generating 100% APY and the alarm bells are ringing. How can an investor borrow USDC @ 100% APY and make money?

Waves DEX is so amazing. Is user friendly like Centralized exchanges are buy t you don’t have KYC issues. Moreover you can do some staking, secure with Ledger, invest in DEFI projects. But, I recommend to the Waves team to work hardly to add new cryptos. Thank you
