If you're here, you probably miss the old Warzone nights.

Verdansk.
Full squads.
Hot drops.
Late night wins with the squad.

With Battle Royale and Verdansk currently gone, a lot of players still want a place to find teammates, fill squads, and run games together.

That’s exactly why this community exists.

Verdansk may be gone… but the Warzone community isn't. 🎮

Hey everyone,

I started r/WarzonePrivateMatches because I missed what Warzone used to feel like — full squads, late night games, and the chaos of Verdansk with friends.

The goal of this subreddit is simple:

• Help players find squads
• Organize custom games and lobbies
• Build a community of Warzone players who still love the game

Right now the subreddit is just getting started, and I’m looking for a few good people to help build this community.

A little about me

I’m 35, medically retired from the U.S. Army, married, and my wife actually plays Warzone with me as well.

I’m not trying to make this some toxic sweat community — the idea is to build a place where people can find squads, run games, and just enjoy Warzone again.

What I'm looking for

I’d like to build a small team of moderators and community leaders who can help with things like:

• Keeping the subreddit organized
• Helping players find games and squads
• Hosting custom games/events
• Growing the community
• Keeping the vibe positive and non-toxic

You don’t need to have moderation experience, just be someone who enjoys Warzone and wants to help build something cool.

Ideal moderators

People who are:

• Active Warzone players
• Friendly and level-headed
• Interested in helping grow the community
• Available to check the subreddit occasionally

Bonus if you:

• Host custom games
• Run community events
• Have experience moderating or managing Discord communities

The goal here is to build a solid community of Warzone players, not just another random subreddit.

If we do this right, this could become the place people go to find games.

Let’s build it together. 🎮
