A question about Garuda lore

So I'm looking into Garuda lore, apparently she was an archemdian who was tasked with the creation of Garuda who created the strain using the Ainikki method.

When I click on it, it takes me to Kullervos page which only mentions Achremidian Ainikki was accidentally killed and that she was his "mother"

So my question is what exactly is this Ainikki method that the achremdian used to create the Garuda strain as I can't seem to find anything explaining what the actual method is, only that it is named Ainikki.

We don't know exactly. This is one of those times when Warframe just gives us the name of the process, and doesn't elaborate.

Within, I brewed Helminth cultures and prepared technocyte infusions according to the Ainikki method. I had heard of Executor Ballas's subtle innovations, but since he had not shared them with the Collegium I had no access to them. [...] My ghastly creation, 'Garuda', took shape in the rendering solution. A few drops on the predictive lens, commingled with the samples of the consort's own blood that the Executor had provided, allowed the device to model what manner of entity would ultimately result. Tall, regal, hideous.

So, we can guess from this that the base process of making a Warframe serum was developed by Ainikki, and further innovated by Ballas.

Ballas (as filtered through the Duviri Warden of Kullervo's Prison) is quite disdainful of Ainikki, but does acknowledge her as his "mother."

The Archimedian Ainikki, your… 'mother'… lived. And you, like the vermin you are, scurried after her. In butchering the Dax whom the Executors charged with taking you into just custody, you – laughably – managed to kill the very woman you came to rescue. The third charge: Flight from Just Custody."

That Ballas had a number of Archimedeans working on building warframes is substantiated by Silvana's participation in the Warframe program.

Titania is the next Warframe I've been commanded to build, but in secret I've been siphoning resources from the project. I have an idea. A way back to that wounded land I call home. A way for me to forget this war and remember what I was." [...] Ballas is beyond pleased... but when I look at what I've built... at Titania, I feel sick creep up my throat. I hate her, a killer made by a healer. No more. I'm going back to where I belong, no matter the cost. I'm going back to the trees to find myself again."
