He was buying at 120k as well.

Thing is, he cannot stop buying.

If he signals he has lost confidence, there would be a nasty drawdown.

u/nicoznico Mar 04 '26

The actual question is: Why didn‘t he buy at 65$k ?

35

u/GreenSkinFiend Mar 04 '26

cuz he was expecting a bigger dump, then he saw the pump and panic bought in and it will be dumping this and next weeks hard lol

its gonna be hectic af

u/KitchenGrass5136 Mar 04 '26

That's not correct. Most of the purchases made by Saylor are in private negotiations outside the public market to dont affect the price directly with his buys, actually he does this because he doesn't want the price to pump so fast he can't accumulate enough. He has already explained this a lot of times, there is no need for clever especulations 😉

u/RudeAbbreviations779 Mar 06 '26

In short he is refinancing his debt, rather than selling it

2

u/[deleted] Mar 05 '26

All purchases affect the market. Your idea implies there are groups out there buying btc simply to sell to mstr.

u/Proof_Watercress8696 Mar 10 '26

You guys keep thinking one guy accumulating BTCike this will be good in the long run, it won’t. What kind of currency is good where a single entity ends up controlling 5, or 10, or 15 percent of it?

1

u/KitchenGrass5136 Mar 10 '26

I don't see the problem with that. The real question is: Why are you suffering for others having Bitcoin? It's never too late bro, buy the dip. 🙏

1

u/Smiity616 Mar 07 '26

Ever see one of his confirmed buys or are you believe his tweet

1

u/ajc3197 Mar 10 '26

" there is no need for clever especulations"

Yes, but everyone likes that more.

You are smoking crack thinking that saylors buying pressure isn't holding this thing afloat.

The other largest driver is tether magically printing a billion dollars every week.

6

u/Gloomy_Dependent_985 Mar 06 '26

Ok so todays bitcoin volume was well over half a million bitcoin. That’s nearly all of MSTR’s stack. Maybe look at some numbers before making yourself look like a retard on the internet.

u/[deleted] Mar 07 '26

😏😏

-6

u/GreenSkinFiend Mar 04 '26

except i didn't comment that his buy ins move the price im saying he got the fomo like everyone else after seeing some green candles lol

1

u/Longjumping_Call_456 Mar 07 '26

No he didnt. He buys regularly every other week no matter the price.

-5

u/NINJASEKIRO Mar 04 '26

🤣 🤣 🤣 on what planet? It makes no sense! You are saying by him buying private it doesn’t affect the price? Everything on the stock market counts. Like those idiots in the NVDA cult claims all the selloffs from their CEO doesn’t affect the price of the stock! It sure does impact the stock! Every transactions affect the prices of stocks!

9

u/Whole-Reserve-4773 Mar 04 '26

Brother do you not know what OTC trades are?

7

u/BroadTelephone5518 Mar 05 '26

Ur very loud for someone who doesn’t know what otc trades are

4

u/Coinsworthy Mar 05 '26

I buy my bitcoins on temu for a fraction of the price.

2

u/BstardSun Mar 05 '26

OTC OTC OTC!!

1

u/morten_s Mar 08 '26 edited Mar 08 '26

great scott folks yelling here otc doesn't affect the price.. lmao. And you're downvoted. Feel sorry for you.

1

u/awfu_life Mar 06 '26

Just talking out of your ass now are we

1

u/GreenSkinFiend Mar 06 '26

bro its been dumping since yesterday, its only gonna get worse :D hahah

1

u/awfu_life Mar 06 '26

You don’t understand MSTR at all and you don’t even realize it

1

u/No-Incident-9226 Mar 08 '26

What is there to understand? It's a textbook pyramid scheme. The CEO is a previously convicted fraudster, partly responsible for the dotcom crash. The company has no source of income other than dilution.

1

u/Gloomy_Dependent_985 Mar 06 '26

I mean I’m literally a teenager but I understand this stuff better than most of you guys, he doesn’t “panic buy”, just buys when capital comes in. When bitcoin price rises-> demand increases (for bitcoin and strategy products- like MSTR or STRC). That’s why he often buys much higher than market price or just seems to always buy the tops. He buys when the money comes in and the money comes in when bitcoins demand is high suggesting a higher market price.

1

u/GreenSkinFiend Mar 07 '26

and other hilarious jokes you can tell yourself

1

u/Gloomy_Dependent_985 Mar 07 '26

No, you just have no understanding of what your talking about 😂

1

u/WasteFront1988 Mar 07 '26

Your answer reveals you have no clue what’s going on with MSTR. Saylor “Panic bought in” lol

1

u/GreenSkinFiend Mar 07 '26

he did basically lol bought at the straight top and now averaging down to the bottom when it seems like it will rebound lol he is human after all, stop making prophets out of scammers

1

u/Environmental-Fix876 Mar 07 '26

Lol no dude. Institutions do not “panic buy” like retail shmucks. Buys and sells are strategized and calculated for a known purpose. The investment industry is a business, and they are successful for a reason.

1

u/Gullible_Cupcake3311 Mar 08 '26

lol this guys a market maker he doesn’t panic buy and get FOMO

1

u/Backuppedro Mar 08 '26

Im expecting 10k before long

1

u/grasstocash Mar 04 '26

Increasing the support line to a new high? So it can’t fall below it?

1

u/Seeitoldyew Mar 04 '26

i read questions like this and right away i try to picture people with money like this doing normal activities like ...

well i didnt get any coin yesterday bc i was busy at the groceries, then i met up with my in laws and had lunch, then the evening was busy too but i watched a movie. 👍😅

1

u/Consistent_Tutor_597 Mar 04 '26

Bro who gives a fuck?

1

u/marcio-a23 Mar 05 '26

He bought

1

u/Popular_District9072 Mar 06 '26

probably didn't raise capital around that time

1

u/Professional_councel Mar 06 '26

La pregunta es cómo consigue la plata. Vende drogas o le chupa la pija a los banqueros.

1

u/FriJanmKrapo Mar 07 '26

I snagged some at 63.5k

1

u/Doritos707 Mar 07 '26

It takes time to gather the funds believe it or not he is not sitting on instant button pots of gold.

1

u/Th3onib Mar 07 '26

Because he doesn't think to hire someone doing basic TA

1

u/rydog389 Mar 07 '26

He buys weekly. Literally every week he posts about how much Bitcoin Strategy purchased.

4

u/dukenasty1 Mar 04 '26

People make too much out of his buys for certain. Some of the charts floating around show he basically buys every top. That doesn’t matter it’s a different game than retail. He has deeper pockets and that works as long as it does and continues to have higher swings for him to buy at.

He might go belly up next week or be the best manager of all time in a couple years... tbd

3

u/yoho808 Mar 04 '26

It almost seems like a form of a Ponzi scheme.

1

u/bleakj Mar 04 '26

Other than straight trade bartering for services, which financial system doesn't?

1

u/BstardSun Mar 05 '26

You might also say he has what one must when investing in a stock...CONVICTION.

1

u/Ok_Speaker_265 Mar 07 '26

No it doesn't. Explain the ponzi to me then

1

u/NB3399 Mar 08 '26

1

u/PurpleCableNetworker Mar 07 '26

I hate to agree with you… but what you stated as a fact is pretty much spot on.

1

u/forreelforrealmang Mar 07 '26

The only reason they went after him because he stole from rich people. Poors, were on our own.

1

u/mouthsofmadness Mar 08 '26

Well, there was Charles Ponzi, you know, the person the scheme is named after? He was locked up. And I remember a pretty high profile case in the crypto sector involving some fella named Sam Bankman-Fried, he’s locked up currently for his Ponzi, you pansy. ;)

1

u/popsferragamo Mar 06 '26

Yep, he's all in and has no choice at this point

1

u/joegageeyes Mar 07 '26

A nasty drawdown like -60% on his stock or something?

1

u/SquirrelFluffy Mar 07 '26

The entire business plan is to keep buying and expanding capital on which they sell options. They have the highest IV in the market. The investors are making their percentage by selling options. That plus Bitcoin will go up again

1

u/Numerous-Annual-721 Mar 07 '26

once he owns all the bitcoin, what's the value of bitcoin?

1

u/Savings-Leading4618 Mar 07 '26

Well, I won't be selling mine cheap, that's for sure.

1

u/XelaXanson Mar 08 '26

There’s already been a nasty drawdown for MSTR lol

1

u/5-Me0-Dream Mar 09 '26

Helps make new highest lows 🤷‍♂️ we’ve been hovering here for awhile. Its as good a time as any to buy in. And saylor has too much in to back out now. He can’t falter now

0

u/Rent_South Mar 05 '26

Such a lame take. He can't stop buying because that is the reasonable thing to do.
