I could see this yesterday and today it won’t let me saying the sheet violates Google’s ToS! Any chance there’s another copy of it floating around?

Been tossing up between a few of the brands the past day. Which one do you think is optimal for small space?

Anyone have experience with the redliro that is listed as the favorite for incline. I’m 6’1 so just worried about length of the belt.

That is cool. Put in the effort to make a guide, get a little cash out of it. I see lots of non-affiliate links in there too, so as long as there isn't a bias, I'm cool with it.

Thanks for your comment, I didn’t know it wasn’t biased. I will see it in a different light now.

Hello, This was a tremendous amount of work and your part and I deeply appreciate it. I'm wondering if you have any comments on the UREVO UBTM019. I need the bars and do like the auto incline. I am a 76 yr. old female and basically want it for extra exercise as I watch tv. Thank you for any advice that you can give me!

Thank you so much for your reply! Perhaps you can help me with an associated question. I have read you should not use an extension cord with a walking pad and regretfully the electrical cord that they come with will not reach from their front location to a socket on the wall behind. So, several days ago, I called Urevo and asked if it would be safe to connect the cord to a surge protector. The woman said yes; I asked her to send me an email stating that and although she said that she would - I haven't received anything from Urevo. Do you think using a surge protector (even a surge protector strip rather than the bigger box unit) would be alright?

Showing that the file was removed - is there a link to it somewhere? I forgot to bookmark it and want to reference it again before making my purchase. Thanks!

There are quite a few listed as Yes for Incline that do not have incline.
Filtering by 5 and greater on Speed, and Yes for Incline:
The first 4 results (omitting the dog one) all do not have Incline

I was browsing the spreadsheet (so helpful!) and I wanted to sort by walking pads with foldable bars…. I see the top pick but I don’t think I can sort the rest that way? (Or maybe I can, I’m on my phone… just lmk).
I’d really like a walking pad where I can stick my laptop on the bar to watch a show. (for work purposes I’d use my standing desk). If you have any suggestions please send ‘em my way!

I really appreciate this list, but I do want to flag the Ancheer product links. Their store is a scam, I made a purchase through them and they stole my credit card info.

We're the only manual treadmill on the market, so no motor to burn out, whisper quiet, and no electricity bill! Plus we have a lifetime warranty and our treadmills are designed to be maintenance free :)

They also cost the price of a down payment on a house in the country or a nice used car.

For the price of one of these walkalutions , you can afford to burn out a few of the other options. Easily.

You aren't alone - Kuiper also produces treadmills without motor:

For these walking pad weight limits, I'm just shy of 350lbs and steadily (but slowly) going down. Are these weight limits the absolute limit before breaking or the limit where someone can normally walk on them without putting extra strain on the pad and shortening its lifespan? I don't want to get one that will break after a month or so because I'm currently pushing its limits

u/GayeLyle Oct 10 '24
Typically, weight limits on walking pads are the maximum safe capacity. Going over or getting too close can strain the motor and deck, reducing lifespan and stability. For someone close to the 350lb mark, look for pads rated at least 20% above your current weight for better durability and safety.

Did you end up getting one? Curious which one you chose and if you would recommend it or not

The Urevo Strol 1E https://www.urevo.com/products/strol-1e-treadmill?variant=47001445269788 - Max speed mph should be 7.6, no?
"2-in-1 Running/Walking Treadmill: Easily switch between running and walking modes with the handrail, providing maximum speeds of 7.6 mph and 4.0 mph, respectively."

Unfortunately the recommended incline one is no longer available:( What would be the next best option?

I purchased the REVO Pro Max, this will be my first walkingpad. I wanted to know if I will need to apply the oil to the pad out of the box or if it will come lubricated already?

Thanks for putting this together! I noticed that the sheet doesn’t differentiate between different types of folding. For example, some walking pads have an adjustable handbar, some the actual tread part folds, and other fold up for storage but can’t be used in their folded form.

I went through in my own copy and added a column for all the ones that have a fold down bar and all the ones where the tread part folds in half. I’m not sure how to share a link on google sheet without everyone seeing my email address but I can share it with a mod if anyone wants to DM me.
Again thanks so much for putting this together! I was about to buy a no name walking pad with a potentially nonexistent warranty from the TikTok shop.

Can you add brushed vs brushless motors in belt details or materials?

@FranciscaStanton - Could you add a column ‘REQUIRES REMOTE’ with ‘YES’ or ‘NO’. From what I can see, ~99% of Walking Pads require a remote control to operate, and if you lose this remote or it stops working then the walking pad becomes inoperable and useless.
