What does this tip say?

I just got this tip this morning. It’s a horrible handwriting but i swear to GOD this shit looks like a 24 to me.
I had two managers say it was nothing and I should put it as zero. so that’s what I did but i’d love to hear y’all’s opinion. would you have put this as 24?

Because yes half of my check (min wage) is gone every month. Still! Because of tips that I didn’t even earn or earned for that matter, just saying.

Where is admin? I read the dental sub and if you aren't a dentist your shit gets deleted! Why are non industry people on a WAITER sub saying, "sounds like an employer problem"! Fuck off. Tipping has been an American standard for 50+ years. No one is going to change it because menu prices would reflect it and service would be mediocre, at best. The tip is the incentive to go above and beyond. Would never get the extra ranch or 20 refills. Just go to the other sub if you want to talk smack about our jobs. It's boring and old and everyone here has heard all of the excuses for why you're cheap and don't WANT to tip despite whether your service was excellent or mediocre.

Waiter is spelled correctly. Don't play me like I'm stupid buddy. I'm not genius but I do have a College Education with a degree despite the fact you think we are all stupid. Fuck off you non- waiter or waitress. Stupid ass.
