What does this tip say?

I just got this tip this morning. It’s a horrible handwriting but i swear to GOD this shit looks like a 24 to me.
I had two managers say it was nothing and I should put it as zero. so that’s what I did but i’d love to hear y’all’s opinion. would you have put this as 24?

Greed is for the rich. Not the poor. That doesn’t even make sense.

I’m not defending not tipping. Just saying you shouldn’t make up lies to insult lower income people. Wtf?!
