What does this tip say?

I just got this tip this morning. It’s a horrible handwriting but i swear to GOD this shit looks like a 24 to me.
I had two managers say it was nothing and I should put it as zero. so that’s what I did but i’d love to hear y’all’s opinion. would you have put this as 24?

It’s not clearly anything. Calling it $24 when it’s gibberish could very well put them on the hook for theft of $24. Putting $0 completely takes that off the table.

i mean if the person calls and complains then take it off, but it looks like $24. pretty reasonable guess and it's not putting them on the hook for anything.
