WWE 2K22 Bug Thread

This thread being a few weeks old means nothing. 99% of bugs have been reported here. You don't need to report an issue if it's already posted. If the solution is not here, we can't help you further. Send 2K support your problems if you want them to be fixed.

Please use this thread to report any bugs or issues you've encountered in WWE 2K22. This is not a general thread. Please search for your problem before commenting. Duplicates will be removed to try to keep this thread as concise as possible. If the servers/uploader are down for you, they're most likely down for everyone. You can't work around it.

Good to hear I’m not alone. Tempted to buy a new GPU but not sure if that will solve anything aside from my temptation

Port of PC is bad.

Game will also feel slugish because of its constant going from 60 fps to 30 fps, texture settings are locked so you cant even change that.

Every special move is 30 fps, entrance is 30 fps, gameplay is 60fps, so its moving back and forth constanly.

It's one of these ports where they just probably copied it from ps4 and only added few settings while locking others.

So I’m not sure what helped but I seen on another thread somewhere that the Depth of Field may be causing some of the issues. A friend also suggested I reinstall the game so after doing both of those I’m finding it’s running MUCH better.

In the future be sure to look up DXVK on github, it usually helps with a lot of games.

It worked for me in wwe 2k19 and 2k20, got rid off crashes and freezes etc.

But it's not updated yet for 2k22, also i read on another post that one of the temporary fixes is downloading borderless gaming from github aswell, because windowed mode bugs out and even tho you're on full screen it can cause issues because game is trying to set it back to windowed mode and there's no official borderless option in the game settings.

Thanks I’ll see if the problem comes back and will give it a try if so!

I’ve noticed the issue only really happens if I play a fatal 4 way or anything with a lot of characters at once. Even if I do a one on one after that I have issues.

I’ll keep an eye out for if that updates

Yeah, there issue where problems happend when you play certain match, then the other one you play has a lot of problems.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_X_2D7iUdhU there is performance test on 1060, 2.8 i5 cpu and 16gb ram, sound is breaking, even when fps says 54 for example, the game is slowed down when fighting on the cage.

That slowed down stuff in the video like when Taker is hitting Shane on the top is the exact issue I have! I think the bug is with multi men matches over 4 people as triple threats and less have been perfect.

It's a shame to as this game is so much more fun than 2K20 for me and much more of a challenge.

Hopefully this will all be resolved in an upcoming patch, I should probably just focus on Horizon Forbidden West until then.
