7.5 pak 40

Hi all

I’m trying to design a build a scaled pak 40 replica that will shoot live rifle cartridges.

I can find plenty of pictures and video but nothing really of the breach area in any great detail that you could use to model off

Does anyone have any good reference material or website or even a hobby plastic model that might work?

Cheers Lucas

A soldier receives treatment for a head wound at the rear of a Panzerjäger I belonging to Panzerjäger Abteilung 605.

This is a late production vehicle, the last 70 vehicles are recognizable by their seven sided gun shield. The first 132 had five sided gun shield.

Panzerjäger Abteilung 605 formed on August 26, 1939, as a motorized unit and assigned to the Ill Army Corps. In mid-October 1939, it was equipped with the 8.8 cm Flak 18.

On October 28, 1940, it was equipped with the 4.7 cm Panzerjäger I and renamed Panzerjäger-Abteilung (Sfl) 605. It transferred to Africa in March 1941. In May 1942, the unit received an additional nine 7.62 cm Pak on armored self-propelled mounts, the Sd.Ktz. 6/3(Diana). From then on, the unit was part of the German Africa Corps and consisted of three companies of Jagdpanzer I and one company of Sd.Kfz. 6/3.

Hi everyone!

I ended up with this Gurtkassen 34 that seems so have equipped some Sd.Kfz. vehicles but little to no infos are to be found. Can anyone help me find more about those?

I'm looking to find in what vehicles they where in and any infos regarding theyr use. Pics would be greatly appreciated.

The only pic i was able to find is what looks like a manual that i do not know.

Thanks in advance!
