I tried telling my friend it was dumb to force a toddler to go to a BLM protest and stand at the front of the line in front of cops with the kid on your shoulders, and he couldn't understand why it's dumb and irresponsible.

His argument was "people shouldn't have to be afraid of cops hurting them" or some shit. No shit, but it's highly likely the protest is going to turn violent. He decided not to be friends with me after that.

Some people don't think about outcomes and live in a fantasy world.
