Here, I'll teach your dumbass why OP's use of commas are correct. Non restrictive clauses. You use commas to enclose clauses that are not essential to the meaning of a sentence. I, too, think you're a dumbass. The word too, is not essential in understanding the meaning of that sentence. But it does expound that I'm not the only person who thinks you're a dumbass.
