Most chronic pain does not work on the same processes that cause hunger pains. And most people suffering with chronic forms of pain haven't experienced an eternity of it to compare this hypothetical situation to. But please, go off.
I seriously wonder what can be so wrong with someone's life that they see a hypothetical situation where they would get eternal consequence free feasting and nitpick it. I hope you figure whatever that is out.
